How we work
We begin by offering a full consultation, looking at factors such as lifestyle, posture, diet, present conditions, family history, recent events, accidents or illness. The therapist will then assess your specific needs and agree an individualised treatment plan with you.
If you are unable to come to the Therapy Centre, for whatever reason, we can easily arrange to visit you at home.

This is a deep massage with essential oils/ lotion, can include neuromuscular techniques, and techniques to mobilize joints, with electrotherapy such as inferential and ultra sound maybe required.
Full Aromatherapy Massage: Penny: £42.00 Marianne/Nikki: £38
A thoroughly relaxing and revitalizing massage with essential oils blended specifically for the client's needs. Very effective for many conditions.
Full Sports / Body Massage: Penny: £42.00 Marianne: £35
A deep tissue massage which increases circulation and speeds up the lymphatic system, eliminating toxins. This can include ultra-sound or infra-red treatment, and manipulation if required .

Detox and Fat reducing massage: £42.00
A deep, invigorating massage with specific essential oils including cypress, juniper and fennel. These oils are lipolitic and diuretic, aiding the flushing out of toxins, assisting in the breakdown of fats and cellulite.
Indian head massage £28.00
A stimulating & relaxing 45 minute massage - includes back, neck, shoulders, head & face. Eases away any pain stress and relieves tension & headaches.
Reflexology: £33.00
Used as a less intrusive treatment for almost any condition. A pre-massage is carried out, followed by an assessment of the reflexes on the feet. Reflexes are then treated with gentle pressure, followed by a relaxing foot massage with individually selected essential oils.
Reiki: £35.00
A gentle all over hands-on healing which treats mental, emotional and physical symptoms. It is non-intrusive, with the client remaining fully clothed.
